- Publishers, affiliates and advertisers who use Lootwalls to monetise traffic; and
- Consumers and visitors who interact with Lootwalls-powered offerwalls, surveys, and games.
It covers information collected on the Site and through Lootwalls’ services, and how that information is used and shared.

When you register or interact with our Services we may collect information you submit, including but not limited to:

- Payment and tax information (for publishers/partners)
- Company name and business contact details (publishers/advertisers)
- Identity verification documents when required (ID, proof of address)
- Communication records (support requests, emails, call logs)

When you visit or use the Site we automatically collect:

- Device identifiers and mobile network info

Administrative and transactional messages (account notices, payment information, security alerts) cannot be opted out of.

If you use Lootwalls from outside India, please be aware your information will be transferred to and processed in India and other jurisdictions.
